Meet Bogie Rescued July 2004

Bogie was found in a shelter in a small town in NE. The shelter staff thought he was very special and he was loved a lot.

Bogie is just a puppy. He was born in December, 2003. Nothing is known about where he was born, but he was bought by a family who were expecting a child. When the child was born, his owners decided they didn't want him. He has been cut down closely because of mats. Bogie has had all of his shots, heartworm tests and has been neutered.

This little guy is a real character. He is a needy boy who craves and gives attention. Full of energy and fun, Bogie also absolutely loves to snuggle, the closer the better. He gets along well with other dogs and with children 7 or older.

He is mostly housebroken. You do have to convince him to go outdoors unless you are going with him. He just doesn't like to be away from his people. Bogie is still very much a puppy and a basic obedience class might be in order.

Bogie will make some lucky family a very wonderful and loving pet.
