Meet Chester Rescued 2009

This is Chester, an 8-9 year old survivor of a commercial breeding establishment.  He is a snuggler and a hugger, and will follow you from room to room.  He should not be with any other animals but loves people, particularly his person.

Chester is in excellent health, loves to sleep on the bed if you lift him up, or is perfectly happy on a pillow on the floor, as long as it is next to the bed.  He loves the car and walks well on the leash.  Chester has a rare accident in the house, but if he is with someone who is home all day, there will be no problem.

This picture makes him look grayer than he is, due to the light.  He is very black and his eyes are clear.

Chester is a needy little boy as far as attention goes, but he doesn't demand it.  He just looks at you with a "Hey Mom and Dad, here I am." look..........and, Chester is very food oriented.  He will be your best friend forever........just give him a snack (non fattening, of course).

With a square body and short legs, Chester looks like a stuffed animal.  He has natural ears and a docked tail.  He is in the midwest.

Chester has been adopted. He went to a new home with a pastor and his wife in a small town in western Kansas. The whole town is excited to welcome their new citizen.
