Meet Louis Rescued 2006

Louis is an adorable little 10 month old (birthdate 10/28/05), 10 lb. bundle of energy! He is happy all the time, loves everyone he meets - both canine and human - and wants to play and cuddle with everyone. He was much loved and well cared for by his previous people, but they worked long hours and Louis has issues related to separation anxiety. They lovingly decided to put his needs above their own desire to keep him. They ask only that we make sure he goes to a loving home that will provide him with all the care, activity and attention he needs and deserves. Louis is very intelligent and affectionate:  he already knows sit, stay and come.  However, he has decided not to learn housetraining yet, so he wears a doggy belly band while in the house.  We continue to work with him and have no doubt he will eventually decide to get with the program.  He has displayed no separation anxiety issues in his foster home (chewing woodwork, soiling his crate, etc.) but someone is home with him most of the time now.  Louis is neutered, healthy, up to date on all his shots and located in the Chicago area.
