Meet May and June Adoption Application

May and June are two adorable 6 month old affenpinschers who were recently rescued from an Ohio commercial breeder.  They are typical affen pups and love to play and wrestle with one another and with the four other affens in their foster home.  They are still a little timid and will need a patient home with someone who is willing to continue their socialization.  They are crate-trained and working on the house training.  They are also very bonded and have always been together so we would love to find someone willing to adopt both of them.

May is the smaller sister and she has a small amount of white on her chin.  She weighs about 7 pounds now and is the outgoing and ornery one!  June is the larger of the two and weighs in at around 9 pounds.  She is much more reserved than her sister, but warms up quickly and is such a cuddler!

These girls had a very rough start in life, but they are two of the sweetest, most affectionate puppies you will ever meet!  They are going to make some special family very happy! Both girls are spayed, have had all shots and are heartworm negative.

August 2008 -- May and June have been adopted!! They both went to New York City with two good friends. They will be able to see each other. One will be going to work each day with her new mom and grandmom and the other will be sharing her life with her new parents and three other Affens. They will travel between two homes.....one in Manhattan and the other in the country. All the new parents and the two girls are just as happy as clams.
