Meet Taffy Rescued 2006

TAFFY is an adorable 2 year old Affenpinscher with an excellent temperament and loving personality.   She may be a mix, but her lively personality and athletic structure tell us she is Affenpinscher.   Her coat is very soft and downy which will need regular bathing and some grooming.   She is a small yet leggy girl weighing about 14 pounds.   She is happy and playful, carrying her toys around and beginning to learn how to fetch properly.   She uses her paws like hands, as most Affenpinschers do.   She is friendly with people, young and old, and gets along well with other dogs.   Taffy is a serious love sponge and would like nothing better than to spend time curled up on your lap enjoying your affections.   She is in excellent health, spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations

Taffy would love to be your only pet or would enjoy a doggy buddy to live with.   She would do best in a home with a safely fenced yard and where people are around a good deal of time.   She travels well in the car and loves to go along on outings.    She is crate trained and rests peacefully/quiet while crated.  She is very nice on leash and is learning that she MUST come immediately when called.   She is a very sweet polite little dog that has no issues of fear or aggression, although she understandably gets a little jealous for human affection.   Although she is not yappy at all, her bark is soft and gravely, easy to hear.   She does not dig or chew and is generally not at all destructive inside or outside the home.   Taffy is doing great on her housebreaking but will need a diligent owner to avoid household accidents as she does NOT tell you when she needs to go out.   While in foster care, Taffy has had only a couple indoor accidents.    Taffy is smart, sensitive, happy and a great joy to have around.   She loves her daily walks to the park.   Taffy is located north of Seattle, Washington and will be adopted locally only (you must come meet her in person).
